I don't know if you are sick of my freezer yet, but I'm not! This weekend I scored 10 pounds of catfish to freeze. That will probably last me longer than the beef, unless I have a big fish fry, seeing as we only eat it a few times per year...but I'm still excited. I hear you are supposed to freeze fish in ziplock bags with a little bit of water. So that's what I'll be doing tomorrow.
And yes, this sign was outside the catfish farm. It was a very interesting experience. I got to watch the workers clean and filet the catfish. You could even catch your own from the ponds. Well, I guess that's what the "fish at your own risk sign" meant...
